Gotta be registered for 90 days too. You can treat yourself at christmas, maybe buy a nice accessory to go with the card that arrives around then
I probably won't, I've always used Nvidia cards and always been very happy with them
Maybe I should give AMD a chance some day but I've read about issues with drivers as well, so I kinda just want to stick with what I trust

At least you aren't waiting for an Eagle, they have to go to the moon and back first.

Did you get an update email from [a retailer] stating that they are struggling to find the stock? I have been relegated to "Order received - We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date." Never experienced this with [a retailer] before.

Hey, @Gibbo In your latest update you mentioned that a small amount of most 3080 SKUs are due for the end of the next week, is the Gigabyte Gaming OC one the SKUs that will get a shipment? Thank you for taking the time and many thanks for keeping us updated 
Also, if @GIGA-Man would be willing to chime in, I feel that when compared to other AIBs, and also within all of the other Gigabyte SKUs, the Gaming OC is receiving the short-end of the stick. I know that you've told us that the plan is to ship around 200pcs of the Gaming OC by the end of November, but the situation doesn't look too bright. I also remember that you have mentioned that changes can occur at any point, and that is perfectly understandable. However, seeing as how other AIB partners are receiving quite a lot of updates compared to what is provided for Gigabyte SKUs, especially the Gaming OC, I would like to ask for some reassurance regarding Gigabyte stocks and whether or not there are GPU allocation problems (such as not receiving as many as other AIBs) due to Nvidia. I know this might be a lot to ask, and any message you are able to relay is extremely welcome, but can we please receive a bit more insights into the Gaming OC? Thank you for taking the time. I am a longstanding Gigabyte customer and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon, but some more information would help ease everyone whose in the same boat as I am.

honestly theres a chance they are on the way but also a chance they dont exist, supposedly they have been stuck in hk for almost a working week it would be great if gibbo could give us a concrete bit of info but doubting it will come

The legendary Gibbo has said there is ‘light at the end of the tunnel’! Oh hurrah!
Light at the end of the tunnel. Brilliant!
Soon there will be 3080 cards walking up and down the street.
I hear plans are afoot to pave the main concourse in front of Buckingham Palace with 3080s.
