In fact, it's probably more than 4000 when you take into account Alienware 3420 ultrawide, and the 5950x I've yet to receive - that 2 grand just there. Thanks - yep I'm in the same cicumstance - my confirmation came through at 14:16, but still no queue email.
The 5900x is the most popular order it seems so I guess they ar making sure the position are correct for customers. 5900x also seems to be the item that AMD are making the most of so whilst the queue position might seem high, the wait will be less than the 5950x personally

326 in que for 5950x estimated 30th this month from competitor, but at least i only paid RRP for it, also with farcry 6 and free mask lol also free thermal paste. my trusty 3900x will be fine untill then.

Not bothered about whether I know where I am in queue or not. I’ve been in the situation these guys are in with backlog. I came back from my holiday as a staff scheduler last year to over 500 emails from staff alone. The other 2 guys I work with were completely swamped. I’m not submitting a webnote for the time being.
I'm 186 of 329 for the 5800x on that competitor website. Not too fussed as I still need to get an X570 (c'mon Black Friday!!) and a GPU (c'mon probably mid-2021!) so at least I got it rrp.
I did try OCUK and had the CPU in the basket but it was impossible to complete the order. I'm not overly loyal but I usually try OCUK as I like the forum and the free delivery often brings their prices in line with most other suppliers!

Yes the other cue but I'm not even saying the "c" word as I literally just got unbanned for mentioning it in the 3080 thread - seems they are much more militant on that thread
Don't worry my "Date printed" was even later at 15:05 so I don't think that affects things. Seems to be based on initial confirmation at the momentI'd completed by 14:07, but only got the "Date Printed" email at 16:36, so I assume my issue was payment reconciliation, hence why I'm basically at the back of the queue

I'm 1351 and mine went through at 14:26 so not quite sure how they've worked that out. Pre-ordered with an ETA of 20/11 so not too hopeful on that now.
