The people here, for the most part just want to figure out whats going on and hopefully prevent any potential buyers from joining a queue without knowing the facts. If thats of no interest to you or the others that think ocuk are doing nothing wrong then why do you come here? Just to try and press a few frustrated people's buttons? I can't see any other reason to make comments suggesting people dont deserve answers and should be happy when they get a couple of lines from gibbo.

I didn't say that nothing's wrong. I didn't defend Gibbo and I didn't say that people don't deserve answers.

I'm just trying to make the point that consumer behaviour can and has exacerbated the issue.
I'm not judging, I'm not saying what's right or wrong, I'm just trying to make that simple point.

a competitor funnily enough got some and are dispatching them today. I had my 3090 dispatch notification. Assuming others ordered elsewhere last week then id guess the cancelling is possibly for that reason :)

Its an awesome card. If you like bells and whistles you can't really beat it. One of the only cards with an edge lcd if thats your thing too :)

pretty good if you don't mind a bit of legwork. everywhere is getting more of everything now so will get easier. ocuk have queues to supply so here really isn't your best option right now. The prices have crept up though so if you're wanting one at close to msrp then dont hold your breath lol

More than happy with the legwork (I'm on various Discords/Twitter notifications) it's the £900 I'm not a huge fan of

i saw somebody mention £720 the other day but no idea where that was im afraid. I didn't get any kind of notification but if i had to guess i'd say its likely a high street store that havn't changed most of their prices since launch.
 
So whats goin on 'ere then? I thought previous gen cards would plummet faster than Dominic Cummins career?

the non oc are going to be the last out the factory the ways things are looking atm. Whilst the chips are performing well as an oc card they will be more common. Give it a few months i expect for "normal" ish supply of non oc versions. You could get a zotac oc for less than £800 still. I've seen a couple of tuf oc but cant remember their prices. The cards are out there and most are pretty similar in performance. For a lot of them you can flash a firmware from totally different brand and unlock some speed and features. I know the zotac oc will work well with the tuf oc bios for example :)

The bad news is all 3080 cards are still popular so none seem to last long. a 3070 is worth considering if you don't need the extra. I've seen a couple of 3070 tuf oc for under £600. I'd also expect an fe drop this week if past history is anything to go by so dont give up
 
Got a Palit 3080 probably same place as Dyneee, coming Wednesday if it arrives ok.
TUF Non OC from here will get cancelled as not likely to see it until New year being 289 in Queue and lack of stock coming into OC.

3080 PartAlert on Telegram and Discord did trick.

Where are you all finding these cards, I have tabs on all competitors that I can Google and nothing is available anywhere? So far I have tried; a printer function, cardboard cubes, Bradford, an electronics buying service, quadbikes, rainforests, even a similarly overpriced tech company in space. What am I missing...
Being 526 in queue for TUF oc and a monitor they wont deliver until my card gets in is starting to frustrate me now...
 
We can only wait, clicked on Buy now as soon as page loaded from link on Telegram as it had gone beep.
Just confirmed 3080 and price before clicking.

Need to get one for my brother as he is a bit behind me in Tuf list.

I am using Telegram on my PC along with a couple of Discord Channels, get alerts all the time.

I only got a couple Telegram 3080 PartAlert and BenD3st StockAlert (this gets lots of euro sites as well but misses some) FE PartAlert (only FE's obviously)

Discord Part Stock Alerts (look at nvidia-rtx3080) loads of other part sections on there, NVIDIA under the intl-rtx-3080-stock-discussion

I do not use Twitter or Facebook so no idea on those links.
