Every single review I've watched, AMD have won in 1080p and 1440p and offered poorer performance at 4K.
Can you link me a review where AMD were absolutely on par with NVIDIA over all the benchmarks at 4K?

I didn't include AMD DLSS alternative or Nvidia SAM alternative as those things are not yet available.
Nvidia SAM for example will require validation with other hardware vendors and configurations, might not be a simple driver addition.
3080 beats 6800XT in 4K. And this is from HUB, who are IMO pretty obviously pro AMD; excluding some RT benches.
If I was designing a system from scratch, I'd definitely prioritise AMD for SAM.. but as I have an 8086k, its not something which applies to my use-case.
As I said before 'lol', NVIDIA seems to win at 4K and has much better RT performance.
Alongside the bonus of having a fully functioning DLSS For games which have RT, it seems like it marginally wins 'lol'.

As i said, i'm currently watching through some reviews. In 4k they are comparable in games like metro last light, ghost recon wildlands, f1 2020, borderlands 3, farcry 5. Some they win by a few fps, some they lose by a few fps.

Nvidia might not care enough to go through with their noise which they are obliged to make or it looks like they're giving a free goal to AMD.
In testing it mostly seems to boost minimums, sometimes does nothing and mostly does a little.
Don't forget that nvidia is bringing its own version of SAM which it says will work on both intel and AMD system so this should force AMD to open SAM up for all too.
We'll miss your custom, hope you enjoy your Nvidia 3000 series GPU.
I'm sure a lot of people, like myself, try to purchase a GPU for a generation (ie. 4-5 yrs). With the new console generation out and likely most games in development utilising some form of hybrid-RT, I'd say it's already at the point that matters for many folks. If someone upgrades every year or every other year, then sure... surely that isn't the common case? Maybe it is and I'm just a scrooge...
Dirt 5 in both Raster and RT performance give you an idea of what a game optimized for AMD does. However no one knows how much devs will code liek that, even with consoles in mind.

Dirt 5 has shadow RT only. Easiest RT on performance. Just like Shadow of the tomb raider. Why do you think those were the only 2 RT games tested in HUBs review?
