I have been number 9 in the queue for a week and a half now for 5600x. Do we know when more stock is coming in? The secrecy is killing me.

I've tried ringing and sending off a web form but can't get hold of anyone.

Looks like large quantities of stock of all SKUs landing at the end of the month if you look around.

cant help but think they rushed it out the door to meet the holiday buying season when in reality volume wasn’t actually arriving until right at the end of December/early Jan.

Most likely since release, I'm currently 116 in queue (164 on release day) and haven't had a shipping notification. Not expecting one any time soon either given the ambiguity of these updates.

At the end of the month or by the end of the month?
 
At/by - same thing really, if you read Gibbo’s update and the updates given by others they all say roughly the same. Lots of stock coming at the end of the month which will clear all back orders and plenty left for sale.

That said I expect what’s left will sell very quickly.

After reading some of the post I felt a repost and an update that my cpu came in a sealed retail box.

So another month of waiting? Great :(
 
Like I said, product launch was rushed out the door to meet the holiday buying season. In reality the event should have been this week, on sale next week or the week after with the second wave of stock arriving at the end of the month.

Unfortunately that doesn’t work with the holiday buying season calendar.

But they didn't have much to sell so surely the result is the same?
 
Yup, but no one would be moaning on the forum that they have to wait another month for their day 1 order to be delivered because they wouldn’t have actually ordered yet...

Same goes for Nvidia and AMDs GPU launches. But little sign of any volume deliveries there, just seems to be tricking in week by week so maybe that’s all we’re going to get.

Will see I guess. Just frustrating. Its all I need to finish my build. Will upgrade the GPU when things settle down next year.
