OK so I have an update, and to say I'm seething isn't enough to convey my current state of emotions.

After countless days of not being able to contact the sales team (I have managed to contact other departments) I decided to write a polite webnote explaining that I know there is a massive backlog and I'm in a queue and that I just want an email confirmation of my order and my place in the queue.

I got an email back within 24 hours, asking which email address my order was linked to and I provided the details. Another 48 hours go by and here I am ranting because OC have just cancelled my order with no explanation!

The unprofessionalism is unreal. I am minded to write to the CEO at his registered address in Germany. What kind of operation are these people running?!

What the hell?? NO explanation?? Yeah that is incredibly bad performance! Someone needs to explain why your order has just been dropped like that..

I must admit my experience with OCuk is leaving a lot to be desired, though I've given the benefit of the doubt given these exceptional circumstances.. I was wary about buying with them in the first place (historic reasons), these kinds of actions just deter me even more...
