Hi guys I normally have an Email but for some reason i didn't today for my 5600X...is this bad news:S i was in 231 and i did see someone at Que 200 got shipped. This is for my son PC for Xmas and i don't think its looking good. but like all i will just pop in here from time to time. GL all

From the email update last friday I was in position 130 but today haven't had an email either so hopefully they are just late.

I wouldn’t hold out. I’m in the 160s on the 5600x and mine’s not shipped.

or you’ve had a shipment of 5600x that is being dispatched in an odd order.

Would be great if you could confirm which one of these it is.

I feel like they are just picking and choosing who to send to, the queue means nothing

I must admit my experience with OCuk is leaving a lot to be desired, though I've given the benefit of the doubt given these exceptional circumstances.. I was wary about buying with them in the first place (historic reasons), these kinds of actions just deter me even more...

No explanation and after I asked to escalate it they have ignored me. They said the payment never went through yet I can see the funds left my account and they then told me they refunded me. Why would they refund me if they never received my order? I just don't understand what they're playing at.

5600x in the process of being shipped. Received an email this morning. Last weeks queue position was 281.

I dont understand, ive been queue pos 16 for the last 3 weeks now for 5600x (still havent had this weeks update email), and ive had no shipping confirmation!

Happy for everyone else getting their CPU, but its a bit of a joke that theres a queue system which isnt even being followed, OCUK are seemingly randomly picking people out of the queue.
