*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

Maybe they will do a No Mans Sky comeback, but really we all know companies are just getting away with releasing unfinished products these days and patching them over the following months. It's something that needs to stop, but won't until we stop pre ordering games, which we won't, because we are dumbasses.

btw in the race missions it seems like the AI cars just rubberband based on your speed, because I had a huge crash in the final race and all the AI cars just slowed right down.... waiting for me :D

I've noticed that in normal gameplay the cars at junctions almost slow to give you right of way, then do the opposite if it's a chase based mission. Then it reverts to good 'ole GTA ambushing!

Many people here were praising CDP as being one of the best gaming companies around.

Now look at them
Yeah they definitely dropped the ball. But I do think they will work hard to fix the game and make it up to people. Who knows, if the game continues to sell well they may even give the big expansion packs for free, as they usually give small DLC for free other companies charge for. They can easily turn things around.

Same old people. You can point out clear flaws evident in pre-release trailers (ie the car handling looking awful) and your get people coming out defending it. Then it all comes to fruition on release and they are never to be seen in the thread again.
Here's some gems from last year:
The jokes on you then, this isn't some rushed Ubisoft half finished game lol it clearly has some substance that appears to far outweigh the "rough edges"

How do you know what cars in 2077 are going to handle like? :p

Shills the lot of them.

I completely forgot at the start of the game there's one mission where you can shoot a wall and it breaks.
but no where else in the game, when they first showed it didn't they make out like that was a normal wall?

i took it at face value cos ive not played it ha ha do you disagree then ?

GTA looks good for the time. Just shy of 6 years old (on the PC old PS4/Xbox RAGE version) and still holds up very well today.

There will be a rerelease in the coming months with updated visuals so I think that will be a better comparison.

However, the games are very different. GTA is an open-world game but is not remotely as open as Cyberpunk. GTA has very few interiors accessible without a cut scene. ie you can only walk off the street into a few building buildings and even then they are generic.
There are huge flaws with Cyberpunk that need to be addressed. GTA has much better Police and NPC interaction and general ambience. I still am hearing things that make me laugh after nearly 6 years of playing. Cyberpunk is visually stunning in places but the physics are mad, this plays out in the vehicle handling. Also, there are massive game balancing issues that should never have gotten past the "Q and A"

Saying that I am loving it. I had no preconceptions before launch as I had not looked at any trailers or discussion before launch.
I am loving the game but as I said has huge flaws and the more you play it the more you see.

But what cyberpunk gives with one hand it takes away with the other. It's all about the vertical density but we better lock all those doors because we didn't finish the game :D.

Also love those prescripted cars flying around in the sky so futuristic :p.
