Just got the price update email. Anyone else thinking about cancelling? 170 quid per year now.

Seems most of the new shows are not for my taste and only looking forward to the Witcher, Lost in space and stranger things.

I have do pay for Prime, and also Disney+ and with the launching of Star it seems fantastic value.

I do have 3 daughters so I'm playing with fire even thinking about it lol.

It's only a quid extra s ,pmyj? That's what the email other week said to me.

To be honest , I was on the brink of cancelling a couple of months ago when I felt there was nothing more for me to watch, then I really got into asian stuff, like Sweet Home, Kingdom etc and Netflix seems to be the best source of new quality Asian shows and its only a small increase so I'm ok with it

I dropped from the 4k to the £9.99 HD package, not enough 4k content that Im interested in to make it worth the extra increase, I was happy enough paying the £11.99, no way am I paying another £2, it all adds up.
Netflix should include more 4k plans at a slightly cheaper price for those that only use 1 screen.

Im still a bit miffed at why they increased the HD package by only £1 and the 4k package by £2?

Presume the bandwidth is a lot more for 4k and they figure people will pay it?

I sub once or twice a year and watch the 3-4 shows I'm actually interested in, I don't watch enough TV for it to be worth a year long sub, and even if I did there's not enough content I enjoy.

This is what I did. Think it’s about £4.20 a month for the top package.

Do you have to let the sub lapse then?

We have so many people using our Netflix that i'm not sure i can deal with the hassle if there's a day of downtime, but £14 a month stings a little.

Has to be an existing UK account to save all the hassle of signing up with a UK bank card.

I use my UK debit card, which was linked to my account. There are a couple of bank charges for foreign currency conversion which takes it over £5/month.

I used a chrome browser extension instead of installing a VPN client. I use NordVPN which doesn't work.

There are posts on HUKD with steps and cheapest regions.

And it went up an extra pound a few months before that. It's crazy how quickly and consistently they are pumping the price. I'm out if they do, there's barely anything on there anyway.
