Are you sure they were definitely saying yes to refunding the postage not just yes to refunding for the item itself lol.I wonder how much Amazon would save by having less Customer Servuce staff with a brain.
I needed to return an item which cost £16. It’s heavy and the post office wanted £33. I spoke to them to confirm I’d still be refunded and they said yes.
It would’ve been cheaper for me to throw it away.
Happy Birthday, I think.Nature can be a bit rude. I added a year to her sentence today.

I hate Facebook marketplace. You put something on there at a low price just to get rid of it and you still get stupid offers.
God dammit. I just went to buy some garden furniture from Ikea. It showed as available online, so i went to a site i use for discount vouchers and bought them. Went back to Ikea, got right through to delivery only to be told delivery isn't available to my post code.
I'm now stuck with £1000 of Ikea vouchers and can't just go somewhere else as i can't return the vouchers.
Son of a ***** that's annoying!
Shops are opening again soon, the only way to salvage it is to either deliver to a near by post code and you collect or use in store.
Yeah I wouldn't.Pondering a thread to ask the forum how much they have in savings but I know this place too well, could turn into chaos.Perhaps a poll 0 - £10k, 11k - 30k and all that. More to see how I compare for my age.
