**** Apple Event "Spring loaded" - 20th April 2021 @ 18:00 UK time ****

I am tempted, with the larger screen. Not sure what to do with the current one though as it’s only worth about £100 with a broken screen.

Have you looked into making a claim on the house insurance? Assuming you’re covered.

i realise that the replacement screens that other shops replace the original with arent as good but at least it will be crack free, i smashed my 2018 ipad screen and got it repaired, cost me £50 and so far so good, over a year now.

Grr, just noticed a crack running across the screen of my iPad Pro 11". The Apple repair cost is £374! Not sure what to do with it now.

How old is it and I assume it doesn't have the issue with the chassis being bent that some iPad pros had.

Yeah I may look at this and then exchange it straight away for a 2021 Pro model. Do Apple inspect the screens to see if they're the original?

It's a 2018 Pro 11, I don't think it was affected. What's frustrating is I have no idea how it's happened.

I bet they may,i kept mine but dropped it again and this time screen cracked so much easier ,shows the difference with the original glass,it took a lot of drops to even mark it but just one with the new cheaper replacement

Managed to get an M1 12.9 iPad Pro coming next week, resisted for a while given there's nothing wrong with my current 11" Pro, but I think the M1 chip will mean some cool new features in iPadOS 15, and I'd rather have one now rather than trying to scramble for one when they announce said features and the already low stock disappears

Timmy will be proud.

You are allowed to say even if they also sell PC kit, they don’t sell iPads here.

In principle the rule exists to stop people signposting other users to stuff that OCUK sells, particularly if it’s cheaper!

You can say iPads are available at Curry’s for £350. You can’t say Xxx has 3080s in stock for £1500.
