Wow this game is great, wish I was playing for the first time again. Mouse aim is going to make it so much better.
Enjoy
Enjoy
Was curious about this game, watched a bit of Cohh playing it yesterday but I struggled to get into it, it seemed very sort of "seen it all before" in other games. I couldnt quite see what set this apart from the other many similar titles and the gameplay loop seemed very dated tbh, am I missing something?
For one the hordes, no game has pulled of hordes quite like this game. If you are a zombie/infected/freakers fan, whatever you decide to call them this game is the best in its genre.
Dying light is a different game to this though. It's got RPG elements, not to mention first person.
I played this on the ps 4 pro at release and enjoyed it, nothing ground breaking but worth playing. PC with 60+ fps and m+k should make the experience way better.
Well I meant the gameplay, theres a fair bit of variety in Dying Light, different types of zombies/enemies etc. I didnt see much in this yesterday that leapt out at me and made me want to stump up 40 quid for it, as I say, the gameplay seemed quite dated, both in mechanics and content. But I'll continue watching the stream today and see if my initial impressions change as it gets further into the game.
£28 on CDKeys, very much worth it at that price, and I already have it on PS4 but double dipped so I can play it on ultrawide and 30> fps.
Never finished it on PS4 anyhoo. :\
Cohh is still in the first area of the game and the hordes he as meet so far is small in comparison. Once he unlock it further the game will be more interesting, especially the main story line. But even as I do want to play this game I probably be waiting a while as well, don't really have the motivation to game for the moment. The zombies seemed ok from what I watched yesterday but I just couldnt help as I watched but think that I preferred Dying Light. I'll watch a bit more of his stream today and see if my thoughts change
It is a single player game so no worries about any online play etc.I actually have no idea what this game is about and have only just watched the DF tech preview. I'm asusming the single player story is worthwhile so far? If so I will get it. Not interested in any online play etc.
This is one of those games that forces you to walk slowly even though the game has a sprint key wtf......
I hate games that do this it makes it feel so restrictive like your not in control; your just going through the motions.....
no one who plays a game likes that crap surely, no jump is bad enough...
stat of the game you need to climb on a building but seems you can only climb from one area.... scripted BS...... even though it would look like there are many ways you could climb... yes more forcing down a corridor.....
is this a game or a cinematic experience? any wannabe directors should get out the gaming industry and just make movies.....
also key layout is crap the game expects you to be moving with WASD holding Q and R then Q and E at the same time to craft and use like a bandage? for real? how many keys do we need...
when you open the wheel you cant even click with the mouse on the action to craft what? what?
why cant E and R both do the same thing..... console limitations?
hold E to loot for 2-3 seconds, do this constantly the joys of drawing your game out for as long as possible, I remember when you could just walk near something to collect it in a game which feels more like rl...
if I walk a long and want to grab something off the side I don't need to stop and stand there for 2-3 seconds...... what is this robot?
was this meant to be a triiple AAA game? yet has all this nonsense 90s style limitations
