*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Great stuff, thanks @Gibbo and appreciate your continued great work along with your colleagues. I do keep an eye out but unfortunately all I generally see are bundle deals and since I built the whole system (apart from GPU) already, they are no good to me. I'll look forward to the upgrade programme I guess as I am well down the "long" queue.

We do have at the moment 1050ti, 1650, 1660, 2060, 2060S, 3060, 3070, 3090, 6700 XT, 6800, 6800 XT and 6900 XT all in stock at present and some prices have fallen and some have remained flat, though still all are above MSRP but we don't make people buy bundles, we just try to make cards available as often as we can. :)

Noticed a bundle deal for an RTX3080 FTW3 Ultra + a 5800x cpu for £1249.99

And

EVGA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Graphics Card w/ EVGA 850W PSU, NZXT H510 Case + Kraken X63 Cooler £1,174.99

Looks like things are picking up and that's actually not a bad price at all.

What the hell that’s an amazing price. Guess this was on another retailer?

My heart was set on 3080. Hence my order and presence here. I could be tempted by an upgrade to 3080Ti, even possibly a 3090 but at the current 3090 prices its a huge jump. After all this time, I might as well hang on for the potential upgrade programme which intrigues me

In short all we have back orders on now is all Asus models, Gigabyte Eagle OC and Gaming OC along with MSI Ventus 3X and a small amount of Inno3D cards. 3080 shipments are thin on the ground unfortunately and were not really seeing much if any LHR versions ship.
What about the palit cards? did they get cancelled?

As the EVGA cards are some of the only ones that fit in my case I’ve been hanging on but also queuing with their store (also done me no good :D).

They emailed this week to say I’d been auto moved to the equivalent LHR queue so I am bracing for a discontinuation of the XC3 line any day now and back to square one.

things looking bleak on the Asus 3080 front, but if mark cavendish can win a race in the tour de France and England beat Germany anything can happen, even a pallet of Asus getting delivered to overclockers could happen.

Should I get 4x8GB RAM OR 2X16GB RAM for gaming and streaming. Currently 16GB not enough for me so want to upgrade. I have also seen 2X16GB sticks are around £20-£30 cheaper than 4X8GB, what should I get? Which is better ?

The severe lack of 3080 Strix OCs is worrying, really thought they would be the one that would come more often

Dual channel is usually better in most cases but if you have a good set of 2x8s and can get the same set again for cheap enough then just go with the 4x8

I currently have 2x8GB dual channel kits and I cordless buy another 16Gb and there’s one left on stock online but it’s £114.99. There’s also another RAM I’m looking at that is also dual channel, this is 32GB (16x2) and it’s priced at £168 which seems good value so I might buy that 32GB and sell my old Kitof 16Gb. So which would be faster and better the 8x4 or 16x2 kit?

Well like I said dual channel is in most cases better so 16x2 should be better.

I always forgot about that brand, still odd amounts shipping and around 150 back orders on the Gaming Pro none OC SKU, if we get a load of OC in then people will get upgraded.
So just seen you post 1x Gigabyte Eagle OC incoming, I'm guessing that there isn't any RMAs otherwise you probably wouldn't make that public and give false hope, especially to me because I'm number 1 in the queue. Can you confirm no RMAs so I can really get excited?
