Been watching F1 for over half a century, and it's fair to say it has changed greatly since rhen, and not for the better.

Probably why they chose that penalty - it stops red bull being a big baby but also means ham can still win.

It does seem like they waited to see if Ham took the lead on the restart before they announced the penalty, maybe it was just a coincidence.
