It really doesn’t work when the car you punish is already last. Mazapin can start in the pit and it would make no difference to his race. If a 5-10 place drop is given to Vettel/Verstappen/Ferraris it has a real impact. Unfortunately, the majority of these blocks and poor driving does seem to come from the slowest teams who are punished the least by grid drops.

Should be able to, no damage it would seem. Clocks stopped with 3:54 remaining. Enough time to get another lap in, unless theres queueing or another incident takes place.
