If they deem Max deserves it, a 3 or 5 place grid penalty for the next race is the most likely punishment. With Sochi being the next race that's a huge penalty.
I expect certainly Verstappen and maybe Hamilton will take their expected extra PUs in Sochi, in which case neither will suffer from any penalty anyway, other than starting a position or two behind the other... if they don't think the season will be shortened by cancelled races in the Americas.

And there was space for both. Whether Verstappen would have made the second part is debateable, but at no point was he not on the track, so he had every right to stay where he was. Again, in hindsight he probably shouldn't have, but neither did anything wrong in my eyes, it was just a racing incident.
Technically true, as in, he never had all four wheels off the track, but as they go into the second corner, Max is straddling the white line. There isn’t room for a full car’s width going into the corner yet he tries to force his way through. The sensible move here would have been to back out and go over the kerbs.

Oh dear oh dear Max

Sorry totally your fault - the fact you had to jump over the sausage kerb to make the corner

LOL if that was the other way round Horner would have been screaming Hamilton was trying to kill Max similar to Silverstone

He said in a petulant tone, well if you dont leave me any room that's what will happen, or something along those lines.

Sounded really bad at the time.

Something something stones and glass houses.

Lewis is finally racing Max how Max races him. Seems Max isn't that fond of his own style

The fact Horner was so balanced on it should've said it all to everyone

Verstappen never yields, he's prepared to cause a collision if the other driver doesn't and he knows Hamilton will yield more often than not. It's dangerous driving but when drivers feel safe crashing into one another and stewards don't punish pushing drivers off at corner exits that's the kind of stupid **** they do.
