Essentially what korean call a Bibimbap.

It's "Beef and Smokey Bean Burrito Bowl"

Mince fried off with shallots and cumin

Black beans fried off in the juices from the beef, smoked paprika, garlic and beef stock, then crushed down.

Served with rice, little gem lettuce and tomato salad, lime juice, grated cheese over the top and a sauce made from natural yoghurt and chipotle paste
