I made some beef and mushroom filling for some pastry and have lots left over. Had it a couple of times whilst cooking some rice and it came out amazing but adding it to ramen takes the cake. So much umami it was unreal.

That’s surprised me because M&S food normally looks much better than that.

I find their tastiest curry to be the butter chicken. I buy the one with just the curry and for rice I find the most authentic is Veetee pilau.
