Boris should be more careful with what he's saying, the statement he made was factually incorrect. Climate models are sketchy at best, lots of money in climate change, they've been know to introduce data to get the outcome they want. After all, being a climate septic doesn't pay the bills.

Highly unlikely, 2050 will come and go and not much will have changed. I'm sure there will be another Greta or Al Gore in-between then claiming the end is nigh....
Will people like Greta admit they were wrong when the time comes? Probably not, they'll probably claim they saved the world and all it's down to their efforts.

Climate change will age people faster, everyone knows that.
Well they've tried a virus and that's so far not reducing population growth noticeably, not sure I like the Chinese technologies much...

This is the thread that just keeps giving ..
Most models for climate change are referenced against a model by the same people responsible for the GFS weather model - which has always performed poorly compared to the EU and Met, etc. ( https://www.aerisweather.com/blog/2...pgrade-close-the-gap-with-the-european-model/ ) eventually they admitted it and did a complete replacement of the system the last couple of years.
So wouldn't surprise me if their climate change modelling is quite out.
