Rubio was a Republican president candidate in 2016, I remember he beat Trump in a few states, always came over as very genuine/caring, at least for a republican politician lol. If he's retweeting it you can bet it's been verified as I believe he's still a senator.

His earlier stuff was about 50% right, 50% wrong - granted fair bit of what he got right couldn't have been guessed at but he still got stuff wrong as well.

Oddly enough Thatcher was the only western leader the Russian's respected (or at least the Russian public were fond of her).

I think she was an evil witch who didn't care how her polices ruined whole areas of the country, not one empathetic bone in her body. At least she was competent though and like you said internationally respected. Everyone just laughs at Boris.

Historical connection to the USSR per the US's support for Pakistan and current defence agreements that India doesn't want to impinge upon.

Though with Russia getting more friendly with Pakistan and the US less so, that could change.

It will kill civilians, as most of the troops are around cities. If he uses it in built up areas then it going to be a big problem for Russian's. It will legitimise terror attacks on Russian soil.
