It's Putin who's lost his marbles. He doesn't care about his own people. They shouldn't have to suffer because of a mad man who always wins the election.

Yes supposed to come online at some point in 2022, that doesn't mean it's active now though.
I’ve only experienced it in S Korea. It’s a useful service so good to see it in the UK as well. It is what will be used in emergencies and giving out general public notices.
I remember pointing out to someone in this thread before the invasion that the NATO threat talking points were total guff, they started going off on one sarcastically talking about how you needed to see things from the Russian perspective... sure enough, though they've got the Russian perspective totally ass-backward.
If Putin was worried about the NATO threat he'd not have been so confident about removing all those troops away from border areas with NATO countries in order to facilitate this invasion, in reality, they don't want a successful pro-western "Russia" undermining their corrupt Oligarchy and they see Ukraine's future as being in the Russian sphere of influence, as some sort of subordinate client state.

Hardly sensitive military information to brag about how your are kicking the enemies back sides it’s fairly standard propaganda we did i it throughout both gulf wars for example.

Russian rheotoric is full of sarcasm the last few years.
This is the standard attitude when stuff like this occurs. Go ask any Middle Eastern. I wouldn’t be surprised if Russians living in Europe are the targets of race based attacks right about now. It’s par for the course.
You can’t demonise a country and expect anything other than this to occur.

Not sure how these fighter jets are going to get in without being blown up by Russian air force but then again Russia not showing themself as a great military force
Operating base will be in Poland at a guess.
