sorry for this but, we are NATO. "they" will never come to our country, ever.
if I was in Ukraine, I would not be forced to fight for just land and would rather
attack anyone trying to force me to fight over some BS.

What's stopping Putin from attcking a NATO country? All he has to do is invade a NATO country and tell NATO not to "escalate" the situation or he will use nukes.

This threat has convinced many on this forum that we should not give more help to the Ukraine for fear of starting WW3.

I'm sure Putin has noted our response to his threats (or lack thereof).

TRANSLATION:

*i am a native Russian speaker

Recording starts mid sentence:

They’re giving their kids away as cannon fodder. They dont know where they are driving. Stand up women. Bring them up to their feet. Lift up people, see your son is alive and well, nothing will happen, nothing will happen to him. Stand up and lift up your people as people. Go to railroads, roads, and bridges cover them, do everything. They brought together young soldiers. The convoys are blown up. Convoys, convoys of your russian soldiers. They should just leave. He is here now. He did not even know why he came. Here, to us. They are driving old tanks

Woman speaks: Natasha,Natasha everything is good, natasha can you hear?

Thats it. Here talk, talk.

Alright Natasha, goodluck, God be with you. Everything is good. Say goodbye. Later Natasha, we will establish communications with you. He is alive and well, we will communicate with you

There are some nuances with what they were saying. Using terms like "Patsan" in a friendly way describing him as a young man. The man was issuing a call to action for Russian citizens to stand up and protest he was also sympathetic to the young Russian soldier. Overall an extremely friendly interaction, and by the looks of it they are treating them well.

all i get is.....:(

Ahh bummer :/

As much as it terrifies me, if he invades a NATO country, we will have to engage and call his bluff on the nukes, otherwise he will just keep on doing it. I personally don’t believe he would use them anyway if we engaged him in a conventional war.

The nuke threats smack of a desperate last stand to me.

Mainly reiteration towards sanctions which have been applied and the continued pressure that will applied.

Wouldn't surprise anyone that Russia are intent on provoking a response so they can use said provocation to escalate and 'defend themselves '.

Yes I suspect this is what is going on, they are poking at every country in some way hoping to get a response for them to take further action and of course blame the west.. the never ending blame game they are playing.
