With no fly zones over Russia creating such an issue at least we've confirmed the earth must be flat and flying the other way around is simply not possible

10/10 for that.

I get the implication and it saddens me to see it. I don't get why asking questions is a bad thing. Putin's not a good guy, Zelenskiy isn't a good guy but we're being fed a very one-sided message. Who does that message serve? What are the bigger issues at play?

You've fallen for the Russian propaganda which is why I asked who fed you this guff.

In all fairness with the size of Russian army and amount of tanks they have, their current losses are not even a dent. You have to remember just how vast Russia's army is, particular tanks and ground vehicles.

It may be vast but there's been a lot of talk around (the lack of) Russia's maintenance of their military hardware and why we're supposedly seeing a lot of hardware getting left -

Very true, it is why some smaller armies such as Japan, Taiwan and UK, though small in size do have functioning and modern equipment available to them that is working.

Fact is Ukraine is doing well, but Russia really has not unleashed all their might on them or the troops simply don't wish to do so, it is clear to see that a lot of Russian troops also don't want this war. Afterall they are killing their own kin, and for what, there is no reason, just Putin trying to reform the USSR.

Or everyone goes to Apple, mind you, haven't Apple stopped selling in Russia now

There were reports on a BBC news bulletin of ordinary people in Moscow smashing up their iPhones in rejection of western technology. Knock yourselves out!

You don't want western technology? Then no western technology you shall have!

Posting such deep and meaningful questions does not an intellect make. You sound like Jaden Smith

Russia has been ramping up military spend for years.

Meanwhile a lot of the West have been reducing their spend, thankfully united the West / Nato is a crazy powerful force.

What people have initially might make a difference in the beginning but production capacity and strength is key which is why China would just steam role everyone in that eventuality.

In that eventuality you make it a priority to take out production ability or stop the materials reaching the factories, though it is all pointless as the last thing China wants is a direct war with anyone, they are far more sensible at just buying the world.

Apple turned off the app store and apple pay, from what I read, so guessing people are mad at that too. Or Putin is paying actors.;)

Who's saying Zelensky isn't a good guy? He is a good guy for wanting democracy and a better life for the people of his country, he and his people are defending it with their lives. That is the epitome of 'a good guy'. Putin is the aggressor, is killing people and is a menace to world peace. It's as simple as that.
I’ll put money on it coming out that he was CIA trained a few years down the line though :D:

Obviously but eventually the resentment will come back. You will have all the oldies who lived through Soviet times brainwashing the young. These sanctions do nothing to the people in charge. It will indirectly affect us as prices will increase due to lost profits of pulling out of Russia.

Russia as a whole populace will end up hating the world not Putin.

I just wish someone would overthrow him personally.

Wasn't there a rumour, no idea if it was proven, that Russia was struggling getting materials (from Finland and the likes iirc) for production of hardware/ordnance? It was suggested towards the start of the "peacekeeping special military operation" that whilst they have advanced weaponry/hardware, they may have limited numbers of them.

Arguably they do have a lot of (conscripted) troops but if they're poorly equipped and suffering low morale to fight, then i'm not entirely sure how useful they are.

...but Russia really has not unleashed all their might on them...

And we hope it stays that way.....
