Where did I say no other actors carry this out? I said if they block the internet it won't stop Russia's campaign and it will likely increase after recent events.

Fella....I'm not saying Russian didn't or even don't...I'm saying EVERYONE interferes in EVERYONES business.
Expecting Governments, businesses, polititians, well meaning people, the Pope, the press, christ...my Man... not to interfere. Well its not going to happen. and shouldn't happen.
Are we not interefereing now in Russia and the Ukraine. And that is welcome and not welcomed. But it will happen.

To expect otherwise - you'd be living under a rock.

To expect Russian not to, whilst every other sod does....that sends the hypocrite meter off the scale.
 
According to the stream chat it is the evacuation of people from towns/cities to the south - not really sure details. But such a sad thing to see.

According to reports they are thinning out and shifting units in from the Alaskan side of Russia to join a siege of Kyiv along with trying to recruit from Syria.

The build up to the north seems to be an increasing amount of regular/better equipped Russian forces as well but mostly just sitting there at the moment - probably waiting for numbers to build/other areas to fall.

The irony is that you're falling for propaganda here. The facts:

* the referendums were illegal; they have no legal authority, because Ukraine's constitution does not allow any region to declare independence from the rest of the country

* the referendums were rigged; independent observers were denied access, Russian voters were brought in to stack the vote, only 34% of Crimean residents actually participated in the referendum, and Russian voters themselves admitted they had been allowed to vote as foreign citizens despite this being illegal

The first point invalidates the referendums by default; the second point is just another nail in the coffin. So stop bleating about the referendums, because they mean absolutely nothing.
