The whole thing makes absolutely no sense at all.

The front tanks ran out of fuel, food and battery.

The resupply trucks cant move through the traffic jam to refuel front tanks.

Anything that goes off the main road basically risks being lost in the mud.

The Ukrainians flooded huge sections of the land making it even worse.

Any resupply trucks gets targeted by Ukrainian forces.

Top brass got sent in to sort out the logistics, and got taken out by snipers.

Long story short, that convoy aint going anywhere for weeks. It might have a lot of scary firepower in it, but its literally dead in the mud right now.

It would be a nice target for drone strikes.

Well that makes sense then, surely that is going to be up there with one of the greatest military blunders of recent history when this mess finally comes to an end. I’m surprised that it ever managed to form in the first place.

Maybe they're not really destroying it too badly on purpose, must be a logistical nightmare, probably creating a lot more work all the time. Reckon they can destroy it more when/if they need to.

Waste of resources at this point. The convoy isnt going anywhere for weeks, the men in it are being frozen and starved to death and its quite heavily defended now in terms of anti-air. As long as they keep the front end stalled out and prevent any major re-supply trucks moving up thats a straight up win for Ukraine, while they can focus air support and drones elsewhere in the country.

I read somewhere earlier that the estimated time to "sort it out and get it moving" in a peacetime situation would be around 3 weeks with perfect logistics. Let alone in wartime where the resupply trucks are being targeted.

this is when you know your invasion isn’t going to plan, Russian soldier carrying a Mosin-Nagant M1891 rifle. 1891 is the year it went into production.:cry::cry::cry:

Lost count of the times I've been killed by one of those in Insurgency Sandstorm

All it needs is for Chechnya to kick off and Russia will be in real trouble. I wonder what other states fancy a crack at independence.

Wonder what the average speed of the convoy is en-route to Kyiv.
0mph

The ones at the front have ran out of fuel, and they are parked three-abreast on mud banked roads. There is no way for fuel to reach them other than from the front, or from the sky.

There is no way for that convoy to move, other than backwards :cry:

The famous general marched to the front to shout at them to make them move the other day and got sniped.

Georgia retake their land and Belarus declare independence from Russia. It would be a mess. I wonder what is going on with Belarus? They have decided not to send any troops in and have had senior people resign in protest at the war.
