Probably not actually there much in reality but the presidential building is not easily accessed with roadblocks all around, they are probably fairly confident in their ability to spot incoming aircraft and ballistic missiles, etc. and with the size of Kyiv it is outside the range of smaller ordinance as things stand (which would probably need a significant bombardment of to realistically get him if he was just sitting in the building). On a more unsettling note the building is visible in the background on many live streams, etc. air striking it would likely make Zelensky something of a martyr - in some ways he is potentially more dangerous for the Russians now dead than alive.

Yeah, very important for the countries morale, but doubt he’s directing military strategy other than giving it the nod.

Beautiful. I wonder whether they used an captured Russian equipment to do that or something we’ve given them? I wonder how many available missiles Russia now has?

I wonder if that’s why some of the big convoys reported have ‘stopped’. Difficult to refuse orders, very easy to ‘get stuck’.
 
That's where thermal goggles work, good news Russian army soldiers are given old speedo goggles and are told these are top notch sniper spotters.
 
What's scary is the none other than the GD OCUK Ukraine crisis thread is far better and far more relevant than the entire UK press....

Worrying times indeed. (Any tried pooping yet in Putin's letterbox, or the very least embassy letter boxes?)
