My god you really have fully drunk the Trump kool aid. The fact his own advisors tell a different story but no Roar knows better than them :rolleyes: Oh and the whole, countries/nato funding and Trump has been done to death in the Biden thread and its clear that those countries were already raising their spending before Trump was even elected. He did nothing except weaken US alliances while embracing authoritarians. You are pretty much claiming Trump was right to want to give Putin exactly what he wanted. Who has been shown to be on the right side of history, Trump or the other G7 leaders? I'll give you a clue, it isn't Trump.

Reasons others said, but also it would increase Putin's power by galvanising the population against Ukraine and more people would believe Putin's deranged propaganda.

They have done, Millerovo airbase is one instance, they've also hit some rail supplies of fuel that was allegedly in Crimea (Not technically Russian soil), they have to be careful though, any attack on Russia will just be used against them in terms of propaganda and gaining more support in Russia for the war

Because Ukraine is fully on the defensive. Wasting resources on trying to move troops and armour into Russia would be pointless, even if they could get past the Russian forces already flanking the border.

I am no Biden fan but his administration was pushing out vast amounts of intelligence in the lead up to this, far more than we've ever seen before. He was getting slated when the first date they said they might invade passed and nothing happened but the intelligence was right. They managed to get everything out in public, didn't allow Putin to try and use a false flag as a reason to invade. There is no doubt the rest of the NATO countries are looking to the US to see what they'd do and he's sending troops to the eastern borders of NATO. I get that many people want him/us to do more militarily but I don't see other nations calling for a no fly zone or boots on the ground. The US has also been front and centre on sanctions and its diplomats getting countries to sanction the **** out of the US. Can you imagine Trump risking hurting the US economy with sanctions? Dream on. If it was the orange fool I doubt he'd have lifted a finger to reinforce NATO or help Ukraine unless public outrage forced his hand.

Oh and Trump famously does wear incontinence pants, so there is that :cry:
