Psaki says all aid given are defensive then dodges question on "would you say switchblade drones are defensive" LOL
You could argue its being used in defence of a nation... Therefor being weaponry used in a defensive nature. Lethal aid is lethal regardless of its intentions.

More unforgivable and unacceptable than intentionally bombing children's/maternity hospitals and civilian shelters?

I am not sure the world cares what Russia deems "acceptable" anymore.

Is shelling a theatre which is a civilian bunker considered such out of interest?
They're full of excuses the *******

Hmm... I feel as if we done this whole arming and training people we shouldnt before and it didn't end well.
This is going to bite us in the ass.

Always viewed them as the same as those ultra nationalist football hooligan types prior to 2014 who became a necessary evil following the collapse of the Ukraine army by turning them into militia. By all accounts they were pivotal in Ukraine not losing other areas.
Pulling them under the fold of the main army I think could have been a smart move to ensure there's a chain of command they have to follow along with army rules and regulations to force out the worst elements. Also gives the rank and file jobs and careers which they may not have had before (allowing them to be pulled to such groups). Placing commanders and others from the rest of the military in could also dilute that far right element further. It clearly still exists in some forms but has it now grown away from that far right origin? I don't know. The last election where far right groups only got the 1.9% is a hopeful sign.

Whatever their origins they seem to be holding in Mariupol. But then the Ukraine army as a whole seem to be holding pretty much everywhere.

Watching some drone footage of Russian tanks getting hit - just incredible how badly utilised they were, absolutely no clue positioning wise, no support, put themselves into an exposed position for absolutely no good reason... it is just mind boggling in the perspective of the progress of the last 70+ years of using armour.

A lot of them I've seen you've got to wonder if they've even just been abandoned.

As Justin Brook said, its 1985 all over again - the Russians literally havnt learned anything from the last 37 years of warfare

There's one video of what looks like a either rushed or suicidal ambush of a Russian tank column where they actually looked to respond professionally.

one video. most the videos are lone tanks playing battlefield games on pc in their heads or something.

I guess you mean the video where a tank gets hit at the rear side , then drives down the road burning whilst a bunch of soldiers jump out of APCs, the APCs seem to drive off position instead of covering the soldiers.

then a few tanks start randomly firing into the trees? seemed pretty chaotic when 2 guys freak out a whole column and send them into disarray

The one with an NLAW used? the response was a little better to a point but overall very poor use of armour there as well.
