He's propaganda TV at home can fix any problem. How them Nazi's in Mariupol has blown up every building to stop Russia from saving civilians, who knows, them Nazi's might even have used suicide nukes before Russia managed to save the day in the most successfull special operation ever.

From what I can gather, a figure of ~20m was accepted prior to the fall of the Soviet Union, but more recent estimates made using data subsequently available give lower figures.

I'd never though I'd say, but being a full-on dictator with a media which takes flag-waving to new dizzying heights might actually have one advantage: the Emperor's New Special Operation can be spun to whatever he wants!
