The **Now Eating** Thread

That does look a lovely pudding. Sliced to just the right thickness and cooked to the perfect point of a bit of crunch on the outside with a softer chewy inside.

Reading the above posts have reminded me how much I always liked potato bread. I might have to get some now and all the other trimmings :D Haven’t had a fry-up in years!

Feeling ill so..

Baked potato with cheese covered with Branston beans, 2 thick rashers of bacon from the butchers and 2 eggs.

Plus encore hot pepper sauce was added after the photo.

Looks great as usual.
Did you make your own wraps?

Cheers, yeah just a basic flour tortilla.

125g plain flour
15ml veg oil (lard would be more traditional)
75ml warm water
1/2 tsp salt

Mix and knead for 5 mins, let rest covered for 15-20 mins and it should make 7-8 small 8-10cm tortillas like these.

My ability to do any kind of flatbreads is fairly poor. I've tried naan, pitta, chapatis, tortillas and i think there's only once that i've thought they were good!
