Looks like a big Johnson to me!

If it is an ICBM why does it need to be mobile?

Russia`s Strategic Rocket Division had a triad of delivery systems - Silo based, Road mobile based and until 2005 - rail mobile based (used RT23-Molodets). Whilst the largest rockets are silo based, the locations are known, therefor to increase survival Russia equipped at least 1 rail unit and still have multiple road going units around their country. USA counter force for Russian systems, whilst aiming 1 mirv per silo, the have to blanket known areas of transit for the mobile versions - typically 1 minuteman would only cover 1 area of movement.

The picture is a crash from a training vehicle.

The Turkish company is private so I think they don't have to tow the country line, whilst I'm sure Turkey would love to supply drones to both Ukraine and Russia if they could get away with it.

The Russian forces have declared they are ready to blow up mined Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.

"As you know, we mined all the important facilities of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. We do not hide this from the enemy. We warned them. The enemy knows that the plant will be either Russian or no one’s. We are ready for the consequences of taking this step. And you, soldiers-liberators, you must understand that we have no other way. And if there is the most severe order, we must fulfill it with honor," Vasiliev told his soldiers.

Well that's an escalation, scorched earth policy...

Empty threats as usual.

Blowing up a nuclear plant would definitely get a response from NATO I think, the nuclear fallout will threaten the lives of anyone nearby (including Russia).

I don't really see them actually doing it though, it's just more prevaricating.

It should get a response. Probably BS from Russia as you say.

Even as mental as Russia have been acting recently this would really shock me if it were true. It does look like they're using it as an ammo dump, which is in itself ridiculously stupid given their safety standards. They'd have descended below mustache twirling villainy and would frankly be looking quite desperate.

It's effectively the equivalent of spawn camping

From a certain point of view using it as an ammo dump makes sense. After all, it's one of the few places Ukraine won't blow it up.

But from another certain point of view, it's cowardly and adds risk to the nuclear plant being blown up, there should be no troops or armaments anywhere near the plant itself. It should be a neutral ground.
