Whether its an own goal or Ukraine inflicted. The anonymity and vagueness of this strike and other recent hits, works in Ukraine's favor, regardless of immediate real word effect. The psychological impact of "fortress" Crimea being hit will be huge.
I personally think Ukraine definitely have a direct role in the strike. However, it makes perfect sense to say nothing. OPSEC is becoming more and more important for Ukraine, they struggled with this early in the conflict, favoring publicity over secrecy, and that may have been the correct decision to garner support at the time. However they were slow to adapt with the conflict and Russia using this openness against them. The more they can keep Russia on the back foot, guessing, the better.
 
There is a video I found on Reddit it's of what looks like a hangar that had military equipment in it including tracked vehicles and in the center is what looks like a crater with bits of a missile in the crater still burning. But I can't post it here because the video also shows dead Russian soldiers who were in the building and have been turned into toast
 
I love how stupid Seagal is that he doesn't think there's any risk from angering 40+ million people.

Suspect the SBU or one of the more ruthless paramilitaries will be sending a housewarming gift in the future much like how Mossad did for decades with their tormentors.

In terms of expect to happen I have no idea. Multiple special flight squadron/presidential fleet, ministry for emergencies, etc. air craft have headed out of Moscow to Crimea.

Are you suggesting a famous actor/journalist filming a factual documentary is in danger because Ukraine doesn't like it? Are you suggesting they are likely to harm or kill him to stop such things from happening?
Are they a worst kind of terrorists?

I think he is inferring that Seagull being a known Russian sympathiser may not be best placed going to a country that is currently invaded by Russia
There are roughly 40 million in Ukraine, and plenty will know people killed as part of the war

I think the fact he is famous is somewhat irrelevant
The factual documentary will of course need to be seen to be validated.
Why would he do such a thing is a question we should pose, along with, does he have some kind of unique skills developed as an actor that would make him well placed to provide documentary evidence that more established sources cannot.
