Today Latvia's parliament has declared Russia to be a terrorist state.

When will the UK do the same

We have named Putin and a few of his coterie in respect of extrajudicial killing. I don't believe that the state is terrorist howevery many of its leaders are.

I'm not sure if we should label the whole state as a terrorist one, but I'll let the big cheeses decide that, I suspect we would follow the lead of the US on this front.

I would support the call to action to not issue travel visas to Russian citizens though, I don't think we should allow people to travel and holiday in EU nations whilst their country prosecutes an invasion.

Probably a small gesture, but it has some meaning here.

Maybe this was a blow up one, just like those Russian blow up missile launchers? They tend to blow over in the wind.
