If Russia gets away with it this time, I doubt they will get away with it again. Their best bet would be to stop lobbing missiles anywhere near a NATO country. NATO is not going to want to go in, but it can't ignore it.
They probably won't invoke article 5 over this, but missiles landing in Poland could easily warrant it. There has to be a response, that's the whole point of NATO.
Yes I mentioned that I think they'll do something, best guess either no missile/fly zone over large parts of Ukraine with NATO air defence enforcing it, or maybe supply of even better kit to Ukraine like the long range HIMARS rockets.
Doing nothing would look weak, so my money would be on a concerted effort to enforce the former option, which we'd just spin as making sure no more rockets fly astray
