Blowing up a tractor and trailer even though it killed two people is not exactly a targeted attack on Poland. It's not a strategic strike or an invasion more like an accident. So I'm guessing Russia will get away with a warning this time.

We don't know at this point, but if it was an accident I would have thought the Russian's would have said so by now. It could be the Russians done it deliberately to what they could get away with and test NATO's response (also note all the world leaders are in Bali at the G20 so timing of this is a bit strange). At the moment the Russkis are saying it wasn't them, let see how long they keep to that story. If they keep denying it and it's found it was them Poland might feel obligied to strike at Russian airfields in Belarus.

Whats also interesting is "reports" suggesting it was perhaps aimed at power infrastructure.

I'm very interested to know more, I'm sure this will be investigated thoroughly. Would be very believable though, with Russia's intent on disrupting Ukrainian power infrastructure. I hate the murkiness of reporting in this conflict.

Maybe a warning like - 'Any further attacks on Ukraine civilian infrastructure will result in a retaliation for the strike on NATO soil.'

Leverage Russia's screw up to help Ukraine without actually doing anything.

I don't want to assume.

I literally posted some analysis of the wreckage on the previous page. It looks like S300 missile wreckage.

I only posted it because some of you were going neurotic on "it's WW3 now" talk.

That is from a OSINT account too. Twitter as usually trying to self reinforce itself from accounts who just are feeding off itself.

I did actually go looking for "power plant" on google maps earlier but it wasn't very helpful, then I had to leave the house..So thanks for this info!!

There's a similar one floating around where they think it's a Russian cruise missile so we should just wait for more fact based analysis I think.

They are also are a UK based OSINT(AFAIK) account with nearly 800000 followers and have verified a ton of losses(especially on the Russian side).

Look at the pictures in the post:

They took the picture off news broadcasts(the National Broadcaster of Israel) which showed the wreckage:

This is what they are basing the analysis off.

Russian missiles hitting Poland = potential NATO activation. Everyone needs to tread very carefully around this.

It will be a stray missile the one thing we have seen in this war is that their tech is pants. Nothing will happen other than a very strong warning.
I'd believe that is it was a single missile but reports suggest two. Which suggests it was targeted, whether that is mistakenly or purposely, one missile astray I get but two in the same location... No sorry pull the other one!
The only narrative where it is not solely a Russian missile strike is where a Ukrainian missile did intercept and somehow against all odds and chance after striking or missing the Russian missile somehow landed in the same proximity of each other...
