The RAC have lost my car.

you certainly can talk to customer support, just call their customer support line and say you want to make a complaint and to talk to a manager, then ask why they stole your car

Thank **** for that, or we'd all be looking for a missing spare wheel as well...

Mazda doesn't have a spare. It comes with a battery compressor and a can of tyre weld.

I’d be checking it over for any new bumps, scratches and dents. Also the mileage if you can remember what it was on.

And don’t forget to notify the police it’s been returned so you don’t get pulled next time the ANPR in a car picks you up!

Did you ask where it was, where it had been and how they managed to locate it?

If it was me, I wouldn't tell the police its been located until its back on your drive

Be funny if it pinged the ANPR on the way over to you and gets taken away by the police

I'm going to when (if?) it arrives.
The driver probably won't know anything though. He'll just get a job sheet that says collect $CARMAKE car from $PICKUP place and deliver it to $DROPOFF place.
