As I've said to roar they'll be an armed forces employee anyway. They'll almost certainly hold a rank.
Seems like the government buildings bri mentioned wouldn't be buildings full of military personnel.
Apparently we don't want to hit civilians (good).
But if we do hit workers (civilians) in the buildings then they're collateral damage, so we don't really care.
So, the deliberate targeting of government buildings where we know we'll hit civilians will make them scared to go to work... I'm sure there's a word for that.

From a factual perspective, I think the agreements around war don't classify killing workers within a military or organisational buildings as a war crime.
Both sides shouldn't attack civilians, it's pretty straight forward.
Targeting military buildings where civilians work is a matter of proportionality. Civilian casualties aren't completely forbidden by the Geneva convention just that any attack should have definite military value such that the war ends sooner so there's less casualties overall.

So state agencies directly involved in the planning and logistics of war aren't fair targets? Sorry but ministry of defence, intelligence agencies, Wagner headquarters are all valid targets. Don't want to get hit by missiles, don't aid the war by working for these agencies. Yes maybe the cafeteria staff might also get hit, though the attacks would likely happen at night so those deaths would be minimal. Its war Roar, not tiddlywinks, bad things happen to innocent people sometimes.
Though there is no way Ukraine uses these missiles to hit such targets. A certain bridge in Crimea though or Sevastopol naval base would be great targets. Civilians might die in either attack.

bri didn't say any of what you're posting, you're trying to suggest he meant military buildings when it's clear he doesn't. He's talking about government buildings, not specifically directly involved with the military, and saying people should be scared to go to work incase they get killed. Can you please be honest in what you're posting.

From CNN: US technicians visited Kyiv and inspected the system. The damage is very minor and the system is still fully operational
Russia doesn't agree though. They also don't agree that they launched Kinzhals, Shoigu claims they only launched one not six and Russian MOD spokesperson says their Kinzhals destroyed the Patriot radar stations and 5 launchers, ignoring that for this to be true the Kinzhal's explosion from the one missile Shoigu claims they launched would need to be nuclear due to the distances between the pieces of Patriot equipment they claimed to have destroyed.

Plus 10 HIMARS launchers, 30 Leopard tanks, Air Force One and a US Aircraft Carrier.
The information is really murky - everything I've seen so far makes me doubt that any part of the system was hit by debris, cruise missile (Kinzhal or otherwise) or drone. Personally I'm leaning towards a launch failure IIRC they were 1-2 short of a full unload from the footage we've seen as well.
