Says I'm pretty much a stone overweight, what about you?
The thing is I walk 5 hours a day (I'm a postman) and have been eating relatively healthy for the past 5 month and I'm still overweightAlso a stone overweight. More of me to love (until I die early from a heart attack).

Was about 30 a couple of months ago but i lost a few pounds and was at around 28. Just been on holiday for 10 days and i’m too scared to weigh myself for a few weeks lol.

BMI is 22, 5’ 8” at 66kg.

Should be max of ~80Kg according to link, sounds reasonable, that was my norm until piling on 12Kg since having long covid.
Minimum of ~59Kg sounds bonkers for me, I was under 10% fat according to our scales in '17 at ~73Kg.

I'm probably similar which is why I am convinced BMI is not very accurate in certain cases.

Exactly. I look pretty trim but any sort of exercise reminds me I'm 40 and out of shape
