BMI 23.9, this takes a bit of effort, as I have a sweet tooth, and I'm 53. 5k at least twice a week.

BMI works for probably 95% of the population. If it doesn't work for you then you are either athletic and have more muscle than your average bear or you just don't like hearing the truth. For most people who **** talk BMI its massively the latter.

As someone will a BMI of 36 I am offended by this high BMI hate speech.
