I agree, bizarre. Fallout 76 was an Xbox game too, so may be the same reason as that.

I'll have to see to be fair I was playing CB2077 on RT Overdrive mode at Balances DLSS and it was slightly dropping below 60fps and it didn't judder so perhaps it is working. Quality and it was a total judderfest clearly when it hits 40fps it's useless.
I used to be perfectly happy playing games at 30fps I'm not sure what's changed, I don't remember years ago games at 30fps looked like a total juddery lag fest.
I've played quite a lot of games with seemingly full controller support...other than entering your name which can only be done on keyboard. It's always quite bizzare.
