Obviously I hope I'm wrong, but I reckon it'll be a cluster **** with the AMD codes.

I reckon they'll be late, minimum few hours.

Edit: The AMD reward site will crash and it'll half send off data to whoever is supplying the codes and the whole thing will get clogged.

Nah. AMD would not do that. They are too premium

They were perfectly fine with other pre-release codes such as FC6 etc.

The game releases on the 6th officially and premium edition get it “up to five days early”. So the 1st most likely.

I agree, bizarre. Fallout 76 was an Xbox game too, so may be the same reason as that.

Found someone on steam saying about Fallout "It has full controller support. The 'partial' bit means you have to type in your name using a keyboard when you create your character or if you rename your equipment."

Don't forget it's also on gamepass if you're worried you won't be able to play straight away with your amd code.

It was delayed almost a year. The original release was planned for Nov 2022.

Could well be. Just quoting what I read, as I personally would never play Fallout with a controller

You'd think so.

I'll have to see to be fair I was playing CB2077 on RT Overdrive mode at Balances DLSS and it was slightly dropping below 60fps and it didn't judder so perhaps it is working. Quality and it was a total judderfest clearly when it hits 40fps it's useless.

I used to be perfectly happy playing games at 30fps I'm not sure what's changed, I don't remember years ago games at 30fps looked like a total juddery lag fest.

Experience will vary per game, scene, resolution, settings, card. 30fps is not always 30fps

Yeah it's generally typing your name in.

I've played quite a lot of games with seemingly full controller support...other than entering your name which can only be done on keyboard. It's always quite bizzare.
