They are a pretty popular Youtuber. Been making videos like this for over 12 years. Nothing stopping you posting a review either.

Your missing the point. Point is you keep posting negativity which is amusing (no one is saying stop). Then when someone replies you get your knickers in a twist :p:D

Not sure when I have been getting upset with anyone other than Keef who was basically trolling? Everyone else seems to get very upset everytime I mention Starfield is kind of bad. I have been pretty much exclusively posting my impressions of the game along with a couple of videos.

I've only read the last page so no idea of prior context but my initial though was CaptainRAVE's butt hurt becuase a review didn't like his precious game :p

I'm enjoying the game from what I've played so far, which isn't much tbh. Level 2 :cool:

It has some sloppy annoyances for sure, but it ain't bad by a long shot.

Sorry I thought your knickers in a twist line was directed at me and the captain. So I thought if that is what you class as knickers in a twist then I can say right back at ya :D

Looks likely Fallout 76 is going to be more highly rated than Starfield on SteamDB. Starfield is now only 0.79% higher rated than Fallout 76 and is falling.

I do think it is bad. From my playthrough of the main quest so far there has been only one single interesting mission and they just ripped that off from TitanFall 2. Bethesda didn't even manage to get that right as it is easier to just run past all of the enemies rather than engaging them.

28 as of last night. Levelling is actually a bit slow for me and some of the quests should give more XP imo. If I can do a radiant quest and get the same XP from killing 1-2 ships vs the same for a long quest, it feels a bit imbalanced. That said, it does give the game some longevity and also for NG+.

A few more levels until I get health regen, may up the difficulty soon, haven’t come across a legendary item in an age.

To be fair, Zero Puncuation reviews are mostly just for the comedic value, and arent really meant to be taken that seriously. They are often pretty amusing, and generally poke holes in pretty much every game.

Couldn’t give a toss, just don’t get why people keep playing a game they aren’t enjoying and relish in the negativity of others. There are loads of a great games out there they could be playing. The joy of having every gaming platform I guess is that I’m spoilt for choice :)

Surely not within a few weeks of its release though? 76 was panned so badly that loads of folk I know avoided it. I only bought it recently and was really enjoying it until Starfield came out.

I'll go back to 76 at some point, probably the same way I went back to FO4 and the same way I'll go back to SF in the coming years.

I get there are issues with SF but it's still good enough for me to sink 40+ hours so far into it.

Finally got the affinity thing with Andreja, took me ages. I've been doing the Ryugen line but the sneaky sneaky thing isnt for me really, I also forgot to leave Andreja for the sabotage one....big mistake as she is busy shooting guards when I'm trying to sneak.
 
I don't think the problems with Starfield can be fixed. It's core gameplay which is lacking. Even the FPS combat is a bit meh, it doesn't have a satisfying feel to it.

It feels like there is just something missing which Skyrim, FO3 and Oblivion had. FO4 is when Bethesda started to lose it a bit TBH.

Can't argue with this. I agree it went downhill with FO4 which is not as good as stuff before.

Still does not mean Starfield is crap. Just not as good as expected. They need to up their game a lot for the next elder scrolls for sure.

He does it with most of the games he reviews in often hilarious ways and you watch the videos for the comedic value.

I think what has driven me to keep playing Starfield is the complete disconnect of the majority of reviews at release vs my initial impressions of the game. People saying that this game is a 10/10 game of the year contender whilst I was scratching my head at how awful the setup and writing was in the opening hour. Then hearing how the game gets better after 10 hours. So I keep on playing, yet it doesn't get better. I am now so far in I may as well just finish the main storyline.

It does feel disjointed and does become a bit repetitive, I never played Skyrim or any of the Fallout games before 4 so I guess I dont know what I'm missing.
