I just think RB are arrogant enough to think they can keep treating Perez like dirt, whilst enabling Max to be so far ahead of everyone else it doesn’t matter what Perez does. They just want to win the constructors and WDC and with the setup they have currently, it’s fine.
Why I say arrogance - is because if any team gets closer next year they’ll need a proper second driver to protect leads, do alternative strategy and pick up the points for the constructors. But RB won’t realise that until it happens.
Axe Pérez, put Tsunoda in his seat - sink or swim - and put DR alongside Lawson in the AT.
and Perez clearly is happy enough to play that role.
I'm not upset at all. It just seems some RB fans are blind to it because it puts a downer on their golden boy. They asked me to clarify, so I did.As your clearly not an RB fan I don't understand why your so upset about it. If Perez feels strongly enough then he can go and look for another team.
It's probably a lot of little things but I honestly still wouldn't be surprised if RB are doing something "interesting" with for example the suspension that has not been found out yet. Most teams seem to agree they're so far ahead in getting and keeping the tyres in a good window and that's a massive differentiator.Do you think there is something still which teams have not worked out, possibly to do with parts of the car flexing which cannot be seen or measured easily?
I am actually surprised.
Here's a great new onboard angle.
I quite like seeing what they're doing with their hands actually. But yeah that would be a cool view too. I'm amazed they don't have 5-6 built-in cameras to every car by now.Hopefully someone will build a camera into the halo so we can get an even better view.
Has Yuki been confirmed for AT next year yet? not seen anything about it,
C'mon.... They've only just admitted they should have penalised him.Did any rules get changed following Max’s long pause in the pit lane last week?
