Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [4th - 6th November 2023]

Only thing that broke was Arsenal’s unbeaten record!!

It got taken like the prom queen’s virginity on prom night :D

Ball is clearly in play:

Just got home and thought there is meant to be some sort of massive injustice just like the Spurs Liverpool game but Newcastle's goal looks fine to me.

If anything Arsenal were lucky for Havertz to still be on the field.

Arsenal could be out of the top 4 after the weekend is over. Arteta the champ.

Oh and £40m for Gordon, as I said looking more and more of a bargain with every passing week

Hardly. He’s done better than when he first came in, which isn’t difficult. He’s had more yellow's than goals and assists. He’s scored a tap in, hardly paid off the 40m yet.

It's 100% a foul by joelinton in the build up, but Arteta needs to understand that they are trying to make the best decisions and he needs to understand that mistakes happen...

I see plenty of defenders do the same thing on the flip side and no penalty given. Plus a lot of players make a meal of it. Defender needs to be stronger imo instead trying to get a foul.

I do agree though there seems to be a lot of dodgy VAR decisions going around. Especially when Michael Oliver is involved.
