******Official Star Citizen / Squadron 42 Thread******

The bunker missions are specifically buggy to the point that you can't do most of them.

At the end of the day, I personally would rather they focus on getting more features and more content out in our hands instead of spending more time fixing the game because in general, whenever u then add a new feature or a new piece of content, the code base breaks whether it's star citizen or a simple forum update here.

That's just how software development works.

I have said here countless times but it's best to wait until most of the intended game play career loops and features are in before diving into the game if you want a polished game.

Not one person here has ever said this game is as stable and polished as a finished game. Never ever so coming to the game without reading this thread and /or doing your own research to see what the state of the game is before investing in it is down to you for being clueless.

Hence why someone here said "well why diddnt you check here etc before purchasing the game"?

I can only assume it's too much pre-christmas turkey and he's OD'd on the stuffing.

Come on Jonney, it's OK now. Here have some Ribena. It'll all be fine when the server FPS is higher post patch.
 
So I'm enjoying this a bit more the second time around,

I'm focusing much more on the bread and butter flight stuff, as opposed to trying to do all of the bugged missions, did a load of bounty hunting last night, trying to grind me rep with the bounty hunters guild and stuff, really enjoying it.

I also got a tobii eye tracker 5, which is way better than the old trackIR I was using.

So far so good.

I got a tobii but just couldn't get on with it, ended up returning it to tobii, which by the way absolutely sucks as your required to ship it back to Sweden which ain't cheap.

By the end of Luminalia this year I'll have more clutter I don't touch within my ingame inventory than I do in my Epic Games launcher :D
 
Seems everything is in stock on virpil except for the warbrd-d bases so should ship soon with any luck. Not that I have the desk mounts yet despite ordering on the 1st Dec.
 
Question - I've been doing loads of bounty missions in my little arrow, I'm now onto MRT targets,

I feel like upgrading it - however, if I upgrade the weapons on it and it gets destroyed - do I lose the weapons entirely and have to re-buy them?

No any upgrades you purchase (weapons and ship components) will also be replaced when your ship is destroyed.

Oh ok cool - so if I get blown up, when I retrieve my ship - they'll still be there? or do I need to reassign them or whatever?

(Sorry for the dumb question, I haven't bought a single upgrade yet)
