Classic cars and convertibles everywhere today, really does feel like the height of summer.Weird how it has gone to full on summer today - literally couldn't tell it wasn't say July here today and a few days ago it was fully wet, cold and miserable March/April type weather. Looks like this is the last day of it for awhile though.
For me it's just a couple of degrees to warm(thinking of Rob here). I was out walking the dog at 9 this morning for about an hour, started sweating after about 10mins. Supposedly about 14°C at that time.Think today and the last 3 or 4 have been perfect really. Warm but not too warm. Perfect for doing stuff outdoors really.
I've felt very warm at times today but that's mostly because I was cleaning my motorbike and then messing around doing a bit of bicycle maintenance. I was dripping with sweat by the end of that! Shower time as usual left me sweating again after starting to dry off so I had two fans pointed at me to cool me down as I haven't dragged the AC unit out of storage yet.Think today and the last 3 or 4 have been perfect really. Warm but not too warm. Perfect for doing stuff outdoors really.

You don't sweat just sitting doing nothing, get a river running around your underpants, lethargy, can't sleep without a fan running all night. Yes who would enjoy winter?I can't understand anyone who prefers cold..
When it's summer, colours are better, smells are better. There's more things to do, you feel more relaxed, food and drink changes for the better, people get together more, you can stay up later and it's light out, your doors and window can be open, clothes dry better, flowers come out.
What makes winter any good. For me anyway likes 4 months of depression.
I certainly don’t enjoy winter, only complete freaks enjoy winterYou don't sweat just sitting doing nothing, get a river running around your underpants, lethargy, can't sleep without a fan running all night. Yes who would enjoy winter?
I don't "enjoy" winter either but I hate being too hot as I've said.I certainly don’t enjoy winter, only complete freaks enjoy winter
Being on the coast we are usually a few degrees cooler, or it feels cooler at least. For me it's just a couple of degrees to warm(thinking of Rob here). I was out walking the dog at 9 this morning for about an hour, started sweating after about 10mins. Supposedly about 14°C at that time.
Yeah I don't want it to get hotter.Think today and the last 3 or 4 have been perfect really. Warm but not too warm. Perfect for doing stuff outdoors really.
