God I love this thread 
I'm currently suffering from a Crohns Flare up, to make it worse part of the treatment for me is Steroids. A side effect I suffer from these is a "ravenous" appetite, factor this with 20+ visits to the loo a day and its a vicious circle. However, no harm in looking at good food porn like this

I tried and did enjoy, but on checking I noticed you could buy other makes which had more protein and the like for less.

I'd like to say it was tuna mayo.. but I used 0% fat greek yoghurt to make it... so was a bit healthier.. Very boring but was tasty..
