Specials for this week, the crudo was definitely inspired by where I went Sunday (although changed up a little).

Duck breast, smoked pancetta and mushroom sauce, wild mushrooms. Grilled sardines, pickled rhubarb gel, fennel and chimichurri. Pink bream crudo, kalamansi, mandarin, chilli and sesame. Grilled squash, pumpkin puree, basil chimichurri, toasted pine nuts

The mini roasties were good! Suppose it's a take on / different to hash browns and didn't find them offensive at all (would have preferred hash browns)

The pickled red onion was delish!! Believe it's a Leeds (maybe West Yorkshire) thing?
