Had one in my basket for 14 mins now and even saw the checkout screen at one point but now just timing out 
Available, you just can't buy one!
I'm out. A shambles. It happens EVERY TIME but it seems no effort is made to prevent it happening next time.

Same here. I was about to order from OCUK and it crashed loading the checkout!Order and paid at a rival £569.99, price has since gone up to £664.98! Took payment but no confirmation email and order not showing on account
Same here. Been like this for 20 minutes. Given up. Will try again in a month or two.
Followed by 504 gateway time out.

Did you get your confirmation number? I screen shotted the order confirmation but had no number. It's not appearing under my order history either and no email. Credit card has shown the payment as pending.

had to buy one elsewhere, ocuk need better traffic flow measures , i managed to have PayPal fail on me 4 times elsewhere before finally reverting to bank and working before ocuk went to the basket

It does amaze me that in 2025, we have ocuk - Hands down the best online computer supplier & community in the UK 
have struggles with a website crashing due to to many visitors. I know that just like a resteraunt increasing capacity for those crazy busy one off days doesnt allways make a good business decision, as things will be hugely under capacity and semi idle most of the time. However I'd have thought access to overclocked high end load ballancing would be available. I'm sure they know what they are doing, having things overload maybe creates more hype etc.. Frustrating all the same.
