I just rang them, they said the order isn't guaranteed. Having to wait with the accounts team and could take 1-2 days. I paid for next day delivery, same thing happened when I ordered my 4090 :eek:

its all apart of the hype train to drive up demand :P crazy people are willing to do anything to bag one even sell an aunt if it means going up a model aslong as they get one. :D

Good luck everyone who is still trying. I can't justify a £400+ upgrade cost given the games I play. A shame as I'd have bought at MSRP if I could.

Ended up buying the XFX MERCURY RADEON RX 9070XT White OC at another site. No problems with ordering and no delays in loading up screen, smooth PayPal transaction.

This isn’t to be taken as having a go at Gibbo at all, but the reality is that he is not really our friend and his job is to make OCUK money.

Keeping forum members happy is definitely secondary to that goal. He knows this is a public forum, and posts these things to build hype and generate sales, not really to help us.

You can't blame him for it. It is his job.

Yep but this is why I don't buy stuff from OC anymore, the last time I tried was the 3 series launch which was a joke, I thought it's been 4/5 years it can't be as bad as then time to give them another chance. Well managed to get one fairly easily somewhere else so looks like they just don't learn.
