NVIDIA RTX 50 SERIES - (PRE)ORDER DISCUSSION **NO COMPETITOR HINTING**

The queues place apparently received no cards today, though it sounds like there are shipments due tomorrow and some kind of update on ETAs next week.

Bets on the ETAs update being "Recall issued, no new cards ever, if you bought one you really need to return it or your house will burn down, 5000-series cancelled?" :)

You'd think they might nudge shipments too to avoid the other launch

To their credit, my Astral LC pre-order received an ETA today (21 March). I'll believe it when I see the card on my desk to be honest

Managed to order a TUF OC 5090. 4 in-stock at time of order with a Saturday delivery stated on the page. My status is now undefined... Anyone knows what does it means?

Had an email today from the queue place, asking me if I wanted to amend my order for a card in stock. Have ordered the Palit gamepro oc, was offered the Gamerock oc, didn't fancy paying the extra £250, so declined the offer. Somebody must have taken them up on it though as I've moved from 16 to 9 in the queue.

That's 5080 rather than 5090, I assume?

So assumed my 5070ti place would drop as people moved over to the 9070xt.
I even considered doing it as I could get a white one for £100 less than my black 5070ti that's due next week and then step up to a 9950x3 with the money saved.
All the website crashes actually made me change my mind and have kept my pre order.
Seems I wasn't the only one as my place hasn't moved at all.

Hopefully, a chunky drop today and information for next week anticipated deliveries too

Personally think their updates are now dangling a carrot - They don't want people cancelling pre-orders as they are getting 1000's a day in interest from all the pre-orders.
Money for nothing.

The carrot:-
We are expecting to have much better visibility of shipments coming throughout March next week, so please don't cancel your pre-orders for at least another week.

I would cancel my pre-order if every other retailer wasn't massively scalping.
